Both females, including the pharmacist, were so unfriendly and miserable. Borderline rude. It amazes me how anyone can do that sort of job with no skillset for being friendly and welcoming to customers. If the pharmacy wasn't so convenient, being next to my doctors surgery, I'd avoid it.

Rude and unhelpful service by one pharmacist. Totally unconcerned that I am left without any medicine despite having given several days notice on repeat prescription. I have used this pharmacy for many year without any issue but service seem to deteriorating lately.

I have been going to this chemist since it has opened and I have always found the staff and especially the pharmacist to be kind, professional and efficient. Today I had a crisis with medication and they went far and beyond to help me, would highly recommend them and their service.
