   I visited this Pharmacy today to ask them to dispose of some medicines that were no longer required. They refused to do that although I know that it is a perfectly normal request. I then went elsewhere and was met by the nicest of staff, willing to help. I don’t think it was a big ask to be dealt with sensitively and with understanding. I am really surprised that this is a xxxxx Pharmacy.
