    Tried but unable to contact 111. Appalling waste of public money. Had no choice but to dial 999 instead.

    3 minute wait to speak to an advisor, call back from a doctor within 3 hours, 15 mins taken to discuss symptoms, treatment and to ensure everything was clear. Very lucky to have such a great service available

    Husband had really bad toothache with temperature with earache & headache. Called at 9.30 on Sunday being told call back within 2 hrs, it’s now Tuesday and no one ever called. Had a couple of calls saying his on the list and will be called but never did. Call handler at start was like a robot and quite abrupt. The calls we had to say he was still on a list were hard to understand as didn’t speak very good English.I don’t think I will ever use this service again.

    My father was suddenly unwell this evening. Called for advice and within 4 hours we had spoken to a GP, referred to shropdoc and was prescribed medication to treat the diagnosis. Thank you for your care and support

    I rang up and spoke to a person I have excruciating pain and have Paracetamol to Ketamine along with nerve pain medication which isn't working very well, I spoke to her and she said take pain medication?? and ring a dentist in 7 days In total disbelief why hasn't she got listening ears I thanked her! cut the call and went online totally different questions on there and got a phone number to ring at 8.00 this morning. As a person trying to get help another person reading a script and not really bothered about you Use The Internet Site its by far the better service, last time i would ever ring 111 A better chance for treatment would be google.

    Called at 21:30 due to having covid experiancing chest pain in my left, difficulty breathing and tightness told me that someone would ring me immediately at 10:30pm never did I receive a call was calling 111 multiple time for them to hang the phone up by the time they called me back it was 4am!!! Operator Told me not to ring 999 as I had covid!!! All that For someone to tell me to get some rest absolutely useless!!!!! I wouldn't suggest people using 111 your better off going to a&e if you can

    Rang 111 at 20.53 due to extreme pain. Current wait in local a and e was 11 hours. I was told I'd get a call in 30 minutes. 2 hours later I called them to be told the queue on the phone was over an hour. In the end, I never got to speak to anybody and the call never came
