Yet another standard reply- no matter how many times you email them - they never reply. Why has Hillingdon Heathcare hired this useless company to traige patients when they dont care and never respond to telephone calls, emails or complaints. Bet you any money, a standard response will be sent to this review.

I tried calling the 'community ENT service' to explain that I didn't need to book an appointment with them as I had one with my local ENT department. I was on hold for 10 minutes no answer and requested a call back. The callback has not happened. Contrast when I called my local ENT department to book in I was texted with details of an appointment slot later that morning. These companies are being paid to take weight off the NHS but aren't performing.

Contacted me after my son was referred to Southend ENT. Told me they would take over my son's case and he would have his tonsillectomy within 3 months. 5 months later we had a consultation. Spent 3 minutes in the room and the doctor didn't even look at me. Told me my son would have the procedure within 6 weeks. 12 weeks pass, after me chasing them, they tell me they have referred him to Broomfield which we are now at the bottom of an 18 month waiting list. Honestly, the worse service I have ever received. No one can give a straight answer. They all lie and tell you somethings going to happen when it in fact isn't. I will never accept these people to take care of myself of any family member again. Complete waste of time.

I had an appointment scheduled for 18:00 Upon arrival, the door were locked and there was no one to let me in. I asked around but no one knew how to help. I called the number on text message but the message was they are closed. Two more patients were there before me and they left as we didn’t know what else to do. On my way out l saw a cleaner whom I asked if he can help. He told me that people always miss their appointment because the door are shut at 17 and there is no reception. I requested him to check if there was a doctor or anyone inside since he had access. He did and on noticing there was someone he let me. I eventually had my appointment. The staff was very apologetic and told me that he has no control over the entrance and from what l gathered it’s something that has been raised but nothing changes. Patient wait for this appointment desperately for months only to be noted as not attended whilst in the actual fact one has attended only not to have access. Yet NHS is complaining of the high cost of missed appointments which 70% is their fault. Very poor service experience

Having had a wrong diagnosis, tried to call them and email several times including their governance team, No response at all from anyone. Absolutely useless - just in it to skin the NHS. The doctor who mis-diagnosed me will not respond. Thinking of reporting the doctor to the BMA. Avoid using them at all costs

I would never recommend this service for ultrasound. Such an unrespectul sonographer, unprofessional and careless. Perform a ultrasound scan in less then 30 seconds with not any communication even if i explained and shown him my emails and letters that Gp amended the scan for me. He said he doesn't want to do it, because he doesn't want, "Go back to you Gp and ask for another scan" After months of waiting to be sent back to wait when it could take him 1 minute to check my problem that was requested by my Gp not by myself but he did not bother to check in the sistem.

I was referred to Dermatology at Alma Healthcare Centre, Ponders End. Appointments are easy to make, the people who you deal with in that respect are pleasant and the wait is not long. I've had good experiences here; one of the doctors listened to my history & made a referral to a vascular specialist, but then I had an appointment with a different doctor 2 months later and everything changed. The referral to the specialist was cancelled and I was discharged from the Dermatology service completely, back to my GP, despite having had a non-healing - and previously misdiagnosed - venous leg ulcer for 3-4 years. The new doctor just wouldn't listen; on the day I saw him, as I explained, my ankle was having a good day: it wasn’t actually red raw and weeping like it usually is. He took one brief glance at it, and clearly decided I was wasting his time & should not be there. His advice was this, delivered in a monotone with no eye contact, not even looking in my direction: 'you're getting old (I'm early 60s), your circulation is failing, these things happen and it won't get better, you'll have this for the rest of your life, go home and keep your foot elevated.' I protested that I have a full-time job and a family to look after, but he wasn't listening. He was more like a robot than a caring doctor. I was completely taken aback, and furious. I will never return to this unit, because one day you might see a good doctor, only to have your hopes of effective treatment dashed on another day by a robotic substitute who does not listen, and bases his decision on a five-second glance at your leg.

this company should not have been contracted to deliver services of any kind. it's ent "service"is terrible. it is impossible to contact a clinician. the appointment letter stated cleaerly that this would be a combined consultation. in fact all that occurred was a hearing test - no clinician would see me - (one walked away, while i was trying to explain my condition). the audiologist was left with trying to manage. clinical care was totally absent and misleading service provision (in fact there was none). incorrect e-maiil contacts on letterhead. obviously run on a "shoe string" and i wonder why mid and s essex contracted this company given the existing level of complaints. totally bad and inept. unsuited for complex care and should not practice as it does, in my view. the letter clearly states that, this is a combined assessment, "your audiology assessment will generally be performed first after which you will have your ent consultation, however you may be reviewed by an ent clinician initially". Totally untrue and no consultation at all. as for being asked about my meds, nobody asked or could care less. bad, bad, bad. i still have not had a consultation... how on earth did the icb find this bunch??

I was referred to Community Dermatology for a skin complaint. The appointment was a telephone appointment and I was asked to upload photos in advance of the appointment. This was all fine. However, a week afterwards I received a prescription for two items in the post. No information as to the condition it was being prescribed for nor any instructions as to how the medication should be used. The pharmacist could only advise that it should be used as directed and my GP stated that he could not advise as he had yet to receive a letter regarding it from Community Dermatology. I searched for a telephone number for the service and then spent an hour on hold before requesting utilising the call back function. I never received a call back. The next day I spent an hour and a half on the phone; my call remains unanswered. I submitted a complaint to Hillingdon CCG, which was forwarded to Omnes Healthcare. Two days later, I have yet to receive as much as an acknowledgement of receipt. Thus I have a skin complaint which is being untreated whilst I remain in possession of two prescription medications with no idea as to their safe usage.

Travelled miles at great inconvenience and expense - a day ahead for the appointment to make sure I made it - cancelled at 13.55 when the appointment is tomorrow morning - less than 24 hrs notice.
