    I have recently had to have an MRI on both feet and ankles, the staff in Norwich couldn’t have been more helpful. The experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Everything was punctual, well explained but succinct, courteous but swift. I would definitely recommend

    I was welcomed and made to feel at ease throughout. Therapist explained the process fully. I felt there was no rush, which is quite refreshing these days. Plus the treatment is actually improving my condition. Thank you.

    Fairly new medical centre, nice and clean waiting areas, digital calling system - your name and room number appear on the screen which I found to be a great feature - yes it's not anything new but the screens actually work! The imaging staff were excellent - very reassuring, friendly, professional and managed the patient list appropriately in a timely manner which was nice and great to avoid backlog and a full waiting area. The self check in screens are easy to use, touch sensitivity is good. Reception could do with a more approachable vibe - a smile goes a long way.

    Visited due to prolonged Hip pain. The physio asked me lots of relevant questions and examined me fully plus checked my range of movement. She explained in full what my problem was and answered all my questions . She then offered the opportunity to speak to the excersise coach to help me with my physio with just a 20 minute wait. He was very helpful and had good knowledge of muscle groups and bone structure and guided me through my recommended physio, how to do it correctly and how often. All I need to do now is my physio at home and go from there.

    Unavoidably delayed in travelling to the appointment, arrived late but the receptionist and practitioner were considerate and managed to allow the procedure to go ahead. The whole experience was very professional and friendly, the facilities were very good.

    I went for my scan at Harold wood 11.50 the lady I see was marvellous to me as I'm claustrophobic she didn't leave me till I was sure to have it done which I thank her for without this ladies patience I wouldn't have had it done I'm sorry I don't know her name but I wish to thank her for her kindness

    I visited the MRI mobile unit on the 7th October 3024 on the day visited the staff were amazing from arriving, having the MRI making sure you were aware of what to expect, to finishing and leaving the unit. I found the staff to be softly spoken, polite and very professional.
