There was some confusion over my initial booking, and preparation for the scan. However at the hospital, staff were friendly, polite and efficient. I would have liked to learn more about my next steps with my condition, but that obviously was not up to the staff to do that, I have to speak to my doctor. My experience was far more positive than some of the reviews I had read.

Staff were prompt and cordial as well as professional. Environmental is excellent. I arrived early but was ushered in anyway. My car parking was validated by user friendly machine. Water and coffee available and easy to use. I was treated very well by attending staff.

The facilities were excellent and the care offered to make me comfortable and not to worry at all times of my scan were excellent. Giving regular timings of scans throughout the process were very reassuring and helpful. The appointment finished with me feeling totally relaxed and unworried and so glad that I had been sent to the Norwich clinic. I would thoroughly recommend appointments here.

staff treated with respect and dignity and were very polite they asked if I was ok with the MRI before start and explained me what will happen during MRI operative and overall I was pleased with service i was given

Ample information was sent to help me know what was needed for me to prepare for my visit. I was greeted warmly and with respect from arrival right through to the examination and my departure. The facilities are great, clean, nice ambience, plenty of car parking (free) and the staff are always very polite and respectful/ courteous when helping. I would highly recommend this health practice.

Overall it was a very good experience. I was always kept informed and was sent reminders of my appointment at regular intervals. On the day of my appointment, the staff were very welcoming, accommodating, courteous, kind and helpful. I was treated with respect. Staff ensured that I was comfortable during the procedure and everything was explained to me. Staff informed me of when my results will be available. The place was immaculately clean and overall, everything went well. A very good experience, I’d say. Thumbs up. 👍🏾
