I had procedure which normally would be easy, but not me due to my history. Firstly it was great to have such a procedure locally instead of going to a big hospital. The Team at Dorking are absolutely brilliant, patient care is brilliant. They are friendly, supportive and caring. Also the consultant was very thorough beginning to end of the procedure. Top team. Thank you

Efficiently,friendly , the procedure I had was very quick, was explained in explained in great details by the surgeon, he made feel very relaxed and therefore the experience was as pleasant as can be,bandages off the next day and you would not know I had any thing done to my veins.

Unfortunately, regarding the parking, we don't have any real control over the car park situation, as it is not our own land and is shared. We would always advise leaving a little extra time to allow for parking in those instances when it is busy, but at least there are the surrounding roads and it is still a free car park! with kind regards Duty Team

Glaucoma specialist. Well organized . Basic tests - then saw consultant . Whole process took under an hour . Impressed

The physiotherapist I saw was so helpful and informative. She made me feel so comfortable that I could ask anything regarding the treatment. I was very impressed with her. It would be so helpful if you could have more sessions. As I feel I was just starting to feel the benefits. I have suffered a very long time with neck problems due to a pro lapsed disc. So more sessions would be so helpful to me as I could certainly feel the difference with each session.
