What a fantastic outpatients this is. I saw a female foot and ankle surgeon and she has easily been the best doctor I’ve ever had. Fantastic service, I was called by the pathway team to see if I’d like to bring my appointment forward, so easy. Consultant knew exactly why I was there she had a sheet of paper with details of scans I had and other treatments. Xray done on site and booked back in for a check up in a few months. I can’t rate this service high enough after many awful experiences in other hospitals. A** service. Thank you!!

Clean and pleasant hospital with nice staff who seem to enjoy working there, making for a good atmosphere. Nice League of Friends coffee shop and tranquil garden. Parking a bit tight depending on the time of day.

Dear Mr Alderson, We were delighted to read your recent feedback regarding your visit to Dorking Healthcare. Our hardworking staff will like to hear how good you thought the atmosphere and how nice the staff were. We are lucky to have the Friends volunteers in the Coffee shop as we know patients and visitors appreciate them and the newly designed garden area. Finally, the parking has always been a bit of an issue as we do not own the land, so have little say in who parks here but we are always keeping a close eye on matters. I was twice sent away after appointments because of rsv and then heart problems, once from Redhill and then from Dorking. I had requested Redhill but was told they didn’t do the breathing test any more, which they do!! I am 92 years old.

All the team were excellent from start to finish. Keeping me informed throughout the procedure. The procedure was more complicated than I expected but never seemed like it was too much trouble for the team.

Receptionist was very helpful and then appointment was on time ,and I had a very thorough examination. Quality of service was excellent throughout .

Waited almost 6 months for just a phone call after having my appointment changed on one occasion with no notification of any sort, then had to wait 3 months for another. Once I got the appointment I was brushed off as if they had no interest in helping me with my issues. I had to almost forcefully say that no there is something wrong with my health and I need some checks done, how can you tell me that I’m doing all I can do when I’m dealing with some serious health issues that need a proper medical examination! I wouldn’t be chasing up an appointment for 6 months if I thought I was fine and there wasn’t something more seriously wrong. No wonder so many people die of cancer when this is the state of the healthcare system today. Someone could have gone to stage 3 or 4 by the time I even get my in person appointment and inital scans, maybe another 3-6 months (1 year total). Absolutely outrageous.
