My first was online which isn’t always the best, very difficult to understand and explain etc. My next two appointments were face to face but unfortunately I felt that the person wasn’t interested, she didn’t get out of her chair for the first appointment with her. My last appointment was the best one, unfortunately that was my last one. I got more from that one than I did from the others. This was a different person from the previous appointments. 12 weeks between appointments isn’t great, one appointment a month would have been better.

My problem was understood immediately, was corrected, and I was fought how to strengthen the joint to prevent reoccurrence. They were proactive in arranging appointments.

Wonderful experience. I was supported through my sessions and was given great exercises and advice to help with the pain.

I was seen back in May 2023 ,given some exercises on the app Next appointment was August 2023 , the appointment lasted 7 minutes 4 of those minutes the physiotherapist was on his laptop . I was seen 1 week later , that appointment lasted 13 minutes , the physiotherapist rotated my right hip which i told him it hurts to do so I was offered the physiotherapy after having a total right hip replacement , I told the physiotherapist twice I had the hip replaced ,his suggestion for my hip pain and lack of movement was to have a hip replacement ...

Knowledgeable and approachable staff. Convenient loaction at my local health centre. Online exercises were easy to follow and were changed each time to suit my progress.

Impressed with the care and time taken to understand my condition and to set exercises which were appropriate and relevant. All appointments were on time and conducted very professionally.

Lovely staff, listen to the patient, very helpful, appointments made easily, good advice given. Brill app to track exercises.

I saw two physio's, they were both helpful, informative and encouraging. I would't have been able to get over my injury without their support

Convenient location and appointment times. Not too happy with three different practioners during my 6 months of appointments.

Thanks for your positive review, we're glad the appointments were convenient for you. Sorry to hear that you were unhappy having three different physiotherapists - we do aim to maintain continuity of care with the same clinician, but this isn't always possible, for example when we need to cover staff absence.
