Review titled Pharmacy chemist?
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Brian Ellis - Posted on 23 May 2023
At 1830, Monday night,23rd of may,I had been referred to north tees urgent care department ,a scan had shown a shadow on each of my lungs. The very excellent staff quickly diagnosed the residents problem, and gave medication for that night, and let me home about 2130,with the instructions that Hartlepool hospital pharmacy had a prescription for me to collect that following morning; today ! I saw the consultant at lunch time today, then went to the pharmacy, for the remaining medication, and was refused, by the pharmacist, saying,"it had been cancelled that morning", by telephone. Her attitude was firm, which,I did not mind, but condescending, when,at the counter, she tried to have me calculate the dosage with her, saying.i had the full prescription, and too many people were involved. I had to prove by photography to home, before she would confirm my case. Both hospitals , I have always found exemplary, and have been dumbfounded by this. Kind regards .
