After contacting 111 I received an appointment with the utc within 1hour and was seen promptly. Treatment was highly professional and efficient with a smile. Big tank you to the UTC team.

I wanted to highlight the fantastic care I have received from the gynaecologists clinic. I have been helped through some very difficult diagnosis and have always received the best care. Everything is carefully explained and all questions answered without me being made to feel silly or stupid. Speedy and efficient appointments help to solve problems and reduce anxiety. To the kind and caring nurse who held my hand throughout, thank you. I really can not fault the level of care I have received during the last 12 months. Well done Isle of Wight!

I was not looking forward to hip injection but from arrival to departure everyone was fantastic....despite my very loud yells !..

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from the radiology department at London St. Mary's Hospital. When I contacted them to change my appointment, I was treated in a manner that made me feel like a criminal. They insisted on knowing the reasons for my appointment changes over the last month, which I believe is not their entitlement. People should have the right to change appointments when their personal circumstances change. The individual on the phone was incredibly rude, repeatedly asking invasive questions in a negative tone. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and does not reflect the respectful treatment patients deserve.

Thank you to All of the staff on duty, Saturday evening 24th Feb,for the caring and professional approach to myself and my daughter. We were well informed at every stage. All was well after many checks and I was discharged with great relief. A five star unit.

i had an extremely bad experience in A&E when this medical issue first happened about a year ago, so i was extremely anxious about going for surgery. on top of this i'm autistic and have extreme anxiety issues so i was quite scared. all of the nurses on the day surgery ward were amazing and friendly. the two women who put me to sleep were lovely and made me feel very safe. overall, i was treated very well and everyone was nice to me. i hope all the nurses and doctors who treated me know how great they are.

Being a visitor to the island I found myself in need of medical help due to a blocked catheter. I was dealt with in a timely manner and the staff are amazing

What can I say? I went in for surgery 2 days ago and the staff - from the doctors, nurses to the HCAs and everyone else were absolutely amazing with me. I suffer from severe anxiety and so I was very anxious about the whole process of going under GA and the operation itself but the staff reassured me, comforted me, distracted me and dealt with me with such compassion. A special mention must go to my anaethetist on the day who was exceptionally kind and compassionate and listened to my concerns about anaesthetic and acted accordingly. My surgeon also kept me up to date with everything and made sure I was completely aware of the risks and benefits of the procedure. The nurses and HCAs on the Day care ward and in theatre are incredible. I would go as far as to say they are angels. Every single one of them! They made my experience much more tolerable and didn't judge me for having mental health issues. I can't thank them all enough. They are so overworked and underpaid. These people need a massive pay rise. They deserve the world and more. Thank you so much St Mary's Isle of Wight!!!! Xxxxx
