Rated 4 stars out of 5

All the staff from Receptionists to Doctors on Wed 7 May were excellent. They were very helpful and they kept their cheerful, helpful attitude all day. We were there most of day and they were still smiling and helpful although very busy . I also had to visit Emergency dept with friend and had same treatment by staff there too. Please pass commendation to all staff on both sections and let them know we appreciated

Review titled Fantastic Breast Clinic
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the breast clinic for the treatment and care of my recent visit. The “one stop” service is a genius idea. I had consultation first followed by mammogram and the ultrasound. Thankfully it was just a cyst which was then drained immediately with a further examination. That fact that you can get results/treatment immediately was amazing and took all the worry and stress away. All staff were kind and caring. Thank you for a brilliant service.

Review titled Horrible and Inhumane

Tell me why for one why there are visiting hours on the maternity ward. Tell me secondly why when you ask an operator on the phone what to do they laugh and tell you bluntly there's nothing they can do and it "depends what mood they are in" whether you can stay with your newborn!!!!!! Inhumane and Cruel. No wonder the cqc rating is so low, maybe if the staff put in effort and care it would be higher. But no, all they care about is getting off the phone and dismissing as many things as they can. Absolute trainwreck of a place needs sorting out quick! Didnt get the name of the staff member on the phone but a male receptionist, after I'd mentioned the newborn, laughed and proceeded to tell me that it depends what mood they are in whether you can stay and be with them!!!!!! I'd like an actual reply too not an automated one!

I attended amu/sdec on 15th January. The medical staff and doctors were very thorough with me and would not let me leave until I had a diagnosis. I was cared for with beverages and food. I had tests, scans, and yes, came away with a diagnosis and medication, and I have improved tremendously. I cannot thank everybody enough for their help. I am very grateful.

Following a replacement ear mould I contacted the audiology department at Telford trust as I was having considerable discomfort. The trust arranged an appointment with the Audiology department within 48 hours . I attended the audiology dept where I met a technician who was extremely helpful , in resolving my problem. He arranged for replacement mould & advice on my existing hearing aid He then arranged for a follow up appointment within 4 weeks The service I had from the audiology department at Telford hospital was excellent

Review titled Emergency care
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I was admitted to emergency care on Tuesday with elevated heart rate, high temp and breathing difficulties. I was diagnosed with an infection and spent time on the emergency ward, then a short time on Ward 10. I want to thank all staff both paramedics and hospital staff who cared for me and my wife at this difficult time. This experience reaffirms my belief that we have a great nhs and we need to do what is necessary to support those who work in it. We saw great care and professionalism under what can be describes as challenging at times. Thank you so much to all. Glad to be here to write this review you were amazing.

My girlfriend went in for a ruptured ACL tear and they didn’t care about her leg at all. At one stage she was sick down herself and they didn’t change and they let wee herself as they ignored the buzzer to the point where she ended up wetting the bed
