I waited 3hr45m to see the GP who didn’t even look at me when I was speaking. I was asked the same question multiple times but my answers weren’t being listened to. I was made to feel as though I was lying about my chronic illness and was told if it was true then I should carry a letter with me at all times to say I have it (I’ve never been asked to do this in my life). The organisation of UTC was very good but this doctor is the least compassionate or caring person I’ve ever met. I didn’t get to ask any of the questions I needed to and left crying and in pain without getting the out of hours help I need

Diabetic Eye Screening as always is a truly fantastic service. Efficient and helpful with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always a first rate service provided and results reported promptly. I am yet again extremely grateful to you. Happy Christmas to the whole team!

Unfortunately iv had to attend urgent care twice in two months as my adult daughter had two accidents..we have had two incredible experiences with fantastic service from the receptionist to the doctors and nurses and also the x-ray team..always polite friendly explaining everything with such a kind caring attitude..I have attend QE2 several times in the past and the care has always been 10 out of 10..so all that's left to say is Thank you ..keep up the fantastic work.

I was treated with courtesy and respect from booking myself in, consultation with doctor, followed by mammogram and ultra sound. I cannot thank the NHS enough.

Had a appointment at 9.35 but never got in till 10.12, the queue was all in sitting area and people having to stand in the corridor. It was jam jacked, even blocking door to the a&e. The lady though was great and clearly over worked. But made me feel at ease as I hate neddles

I attended due to a lump on by breast. I could not believe how wonderfully helpful and sympathetic all the nurses and doctor's were. I was seen by a consultant, had a mammogram and an ultrasound and saw the consultant again. Thankfully it was nothing to worry about, but I was so amazed and impressed by the efficiency and well organised set up of this very busy department. I could not rate it highly enough and would 100% recommend this department to anyone else. Thank you for the job you do and for doing it with a smile and a care. Superb service.

I had to pop in to urgent care after being bitten by a dog. The staff were amazing and I was seen by a triage nurse within 20 minutes and was getting a tetanus jab and a clean up 10 minutes later. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, the hospital was clean and I can't believe how quickly I was seen. It was also the most painless vaccination I've ever had! I couldn't believe how smooth the experience was and it was a much better alternative to A and E. Thank you to everyone I met there, I'm so grateful and would highly recommend urgent care it really is brilliant.

I was seen promptly and dealt with on time and there was no unnecessary waiting about. The staff were brilliant and very friendly. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Having been referred to go here after calling 111 I arrived with a friend. After telling the receptionist why I was here due to 111 advising care within the next two hours I was told to take a seat. I only waited about 5 minutes and was called through to a nurse that examined me, and a doctor after another five minutes. Tests were conducted, wound cleaned, dressing applied, and antibiotics given immediately to take home. Advice was given for future treatment and notes electronically sent to my GP. Each staff member was friendly, compassionate and caring . The whole process of arriving was efficient and I left within 40 minutes of arriving. I would not hesitate to use this service again . Many thanks to the staff on duty this evening .
