Review titled 10/10 for Professional and Caring Paramedics

I'd had a night of chasing 111 and finally a doctor arrived at 3am. At 8.30am this morning 2 paramedics one of whom told me his name.They apent an hour with me doing blood pressure checks and ecg and checking my current meds being both very professional and reassuring and even phoned my GP to discuss. They were both excellent practitioners, explained everything to me and reassured me and calmed my anxiety. I would rate them higher than 10/10 as excellent if I could. After 2 recent unplanned stays in Glos Royal hospital paramedics did a great job of both talking to me in a reassuring and compassionate manner whilst being professional and informative the whole time. Thank you both!

92 year old father fell at home. The Ambulance crew arrived from St Leonards and from the onset took control of the situation to assist my father. I was very impressed by their understanding and care shown both to him and ourselves. Thankypu

The ambulance turn up promptly with two friendly health professionals attending my husband when he had taken ill. They were both professional, helpful, friendly and kind making us both feel at ease. They kept us fully informed of my husbands condition. We couldn’t have had a better team than these two men. They were highly professional and a grand team. We can highly recommend them both.

The ambulance crew was very friendly, very professional, very helpful, very polite, very gentle, very supportive, very responsive, and very well mannered. They helped my father get to hospital in a responsible manner. They handled him with care and respect. They even respected me for representing my father who was not able to communicate clearly. I appreciate the crew whom came out. They were friendly and polite and well mannered.

Timely arrival, professional and efficient. From the moment I spoke to the emergency operator to everything being resolved we were treated with care, respect and such expertise. We are so grateful to the staff for their fantastic work.

On the 29th March I began to experience serious breathing difficulties after having a high temperature. My husband called 999 and within a short period of time 3 ambulance men arrived. They were so kind and professional and eased my anxiety greatly. i was given salbutamol to open up my airways via a mask. This by Gods grace enabled me to begin to breathe again. I was taken by the ambulance to A and E Derriford Hospital, Plymouth later diagnosed with acute viral illness. Now recovering well.
