    An abysmal setup from reception who are extremely inefficient, idle and irresponsible. They do not fulfil the basic duties of politeness, also even issuing prescriptions as they do not do this correctly if at all or making referrals or an appointments as they make this as difficult as possible if they even do make an appointment to begin with. They also do not want to improve their service as they continue as is. The previous reviews are correct - this is a very poor service.

    Very poor service. They don’t care about the problem, for everything is just painkiller tablets not finding out the bottom of the health problem. Not read the consultant's letters and follow the instructions to refer to the specialist. If the patient has many health problems give just more painkillers tablets. When requesting medications on "patches" receive different ones. Limitate or long time waiting for a face-to-face consultation.

Your points regarding pain management, communication around specialist referrals, medication issues, and delays in face-to-face appointments are concerning and will be looked into carefully. Please be assured that we strive to provide holistic care that goes beyond symptom management, and it is certainly our intention to address the root cause of any health issue whenever possible. If there has been a lapse in following up on consultant letters or prescribing the correct medication, we will take immediate steps to investigate and rectify this.
