I have attended my appointment with this GP He is friendly and professional, he listened to my concerns and asked me questions about my case as well as he referred me to the hospital for more checks. I would like to thank him for his advices

Just a quick review to say a big thank you to the staff at Yarm Medical practice over recent months. I've really appreciated the support over one of the most difficult 6 months I've ever had. The GP's, Practioners and Receptionists kindness, support and professionalism at a time when I know their resources are stretched to the limit has been very much appreciated

Blood test on a Thursday and results back the next day with a follow up call from my doctor the same day as the result day. Great job by Yarm Medical Practice. I was looked after from reception, blood test and then results. Next stage a few more tests and then onwards. Can't fault all the good work. Really pleased. Thanks Yarm Medical Practice

The GP staff (beginning from reception to the doctors) is truly outstanding – attentive, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. I always feel listened to and well cared for during every visit. Their professionalism and clear communication make a real difference in my health and peace of mind. Highly recommended for anyone seeking excellent medical care. I know I must have been lucky to book appointments for myself, my son and wife within 2 days... However, I should admit that receptionists helped me find the best earliest timing to see doctors. It is truly appreciated. Thank you Yarm Medical Centre Team! Keep up the good work! 👍

I came early for my appointment today and have waited 30mins over my appointment time. I note that the surgery is not that busy but I appreciate that resources could be stretched. My only suggestion is could patients see a screen (like at Macdonalds or Argos) where they see a number (or name) when they are in the queue. It would save patients asking receptionists when they due in or worrying that they might have missed an appointment. I hope that suggestion helps manage patient expectations.

On the day you were referring to, staff members were dealing with an unexpected emergency with a member of the public, which unfortunately caused some delay. Always helpful and understanding. Nurse practitioner was great in really understanding the issue and describing treatment for a UTI to an 8 year old in a great way!
