I attended the surgery today with my father for a review of his medication. I found the doctor was very professional, patient and thorough to all of our questions regarding my father’s medication, explaining in detail the computer systems ability to foresee any potential clashes of new medication to old to help avoid any issues/reactions. My father has been waiting for a ECG appointment for several months which has now been put through as priority. Not only would I praise d the doctor, I would like to credit the practice manager who over the last few months, I feel, has gone above and beyond to help with any queries my father has needed help with. Thank you to you both, it is much appreciated.

When I was join this medical center I was confused about staff but when know I received very good service. The doctor was very professional and listened my problem with interest and detail that was so new for me. All staff are very kind and helpful. Overall I am satisfied. But something need more important like getting appointment from phone so much waiting lost of time but happy with my overall experience at the practice.

Very great service received. The doctor was very professional and helped me so much. I am very very happy with the doctor and gp. He is very kind and nice.

A professional patient caring and thorough individual who is very caring and understanding and goes out of his way to fully explain the possible problems that could be occurring and the treatments that may be needed ..

Called too get my son's Drs note the gentleman in front of me was asking about a survey he received and couldn't fill it in on line which is fine but the reception could of told him to wait while they delt with the people in the queue than help him but no we had to wait while they faf about printing one off for him I'm sorry but some in the queue looked quite ill and we have to wait for a survey to be printed really Used to be a good surgery but now it's a joke can't get appointment can't get ya drs note on time but u go in and it's empty

I been given a treatment once and it takes the pain away since I was suffering with for more than two years and tried many doctors but the last one I mate he sorted it out from the 1st visit. Highly recommended.

No point trying to get appointment by phone. Request online works better. Surgery toilets disgusting only cleaned once a day if at all. Different receptionist and doctors every time you go. One receptionist so mostly late for your appointment before checked In. Just so disappointed in this surgery

This practice was once excellent however over recent years it has got worse and worse. Firstly you will be lucky to get through on the telephone there system is not able to cope with the sheer volume of patients trying to contact them, you might wait over an hour to reach the front of the queue only to be cut off when you reach number one. The practice does not respond to complaints effectively and are totally unprofessional if you make a complaint or suggestion as they are not interested in the patients opinions or views, reception is ineffective at deciding the right pathway for patients they repeated deny you access to a health professional but simply say they are not medically trained when requesting urgent contact with a medical professional or you are told to seek medical advice elsewhere. The GPs do not appear to read any reports sent to them by a hospital consultant and are unaware of any medical issues highlighted, admin staff seemingly file reports and letters without flagging up anything that a Dr should follow up or be aware of. Referrals you need to chase up yourself often they are not made. Having said that there are some competent GPs if you are lucky you may get an appointment with but you will need to have your own copies of letters to show them due to them not being aware they have received one too. I think overall this practice needs to start to listen to their patients concerns and review how it is being run. I most definitely would not recommend it as there is far better practices in the area with a far better standard of care.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am surprised to see several issues you had with the surgery and not making an attempt to contact Reception Manager or myself. We are a listening and patient caring practice and are happy to improvise if there are any issues. As per the last six months' data, our telephone lines are relatively free after the first busy hour. I had very severe allergic reaction from an insect bite and was seen by one of the GP's who prescribed medication and within a week of using the medication, I was better. I was seen promptly and members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Happy with my overall experience at the practice.

I started calling from 8.30 to make an appointment to see a doctor - the line was repeatedly cut off just after the message "the lines are very busy" was read out. I managed to get through 55 minutes later, but was told there are no more appointments left today. The overall service at this practice has been appalling. The "On the day appointment system" is failing a lot of patients. The surgery should restart advance appointments to help those who miss out on getting on the day appointment. The system in place currently for making appointments is very frustrating.
