Saw a nurse on an emergency appointment, she was great, very calming and user friendly, spoke in my language and made the promised referrals instantly. What a great credit to your excellent team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ not allowed to mention her name on this review (?) apparently, which is what it’s all about and she deserves the praise…..

I recently visited to see the nurse, before the procedure everything was explained in great detail, the reason for the procedure and the implications of the results. I was advised when results would be received and how and what each outcome could mean. I felt completely at ease and any questions I had were answered confidently and clearly.

I had an appointment for my regular smear test today. Louise the nurse was fantastic, she put me at ease and i felt she really cared about me. She explained everything perfectly and went over other things with me too. Really pleasant experience, I didn’t feel rushed which I have sometimes in the past. Really positive experience, thank you
