None of my repeat medications were pulled across from my old surgery I even spoke with a locum doctor who assured me everything would be added apart from one drug the surgery doesn’t prescribe???? I didn’t realise doctors surgeries chose which drugs they do and do not want to give to patients surely it’s what suits the patient best not the practise?? After registering in November and not liking the locums attitude I am still waiting for my appointment almost two months later to speak with my actual doctor After making repeated requests for my repeat medication it’s almost like a battle or a war to get help from this surgery if my apparent new doctor won’t help on the 6th I’m cutting my losses and hoping this isn’t a reflection of the nhs doctors in the Plymouth area awful awful doctors avoid this surgery like the plague if you can help it seems more like the American Wild West healthcare

On visiting the practice on three occasions in one week the receptions where friendly polite and very Helpful in getting you the appointment's you needed.. the two nurses I seen on different days in the week. Explained All about what the appointment's were for in a very friendly manner and answered all questions I had asked about other health issues. And given me the advice to see the doctor. The receptionist couldn't have been any more helpful than she was on getting me appointment for the doctor. On going to see the doctor who was very welcoming as I walked in to his room at the surgery I was delighted the appointment wasn't rushed And took his time to listen understand and his consideration for my health issues was handled professionally . In all of my three visits to Wycliffe surgery Between the receptionist the two nurses and the doctor I Got All The Help I Needed 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
