  1. Review titled Remission from cancer

Rated 1 star out of 5

After moving into the village. I have struggled to get any appointments with the surgery. I've had a really bad chest infection. I've had 20 lymph nodes removed due to stage 2 breast cancer. I am really struggling and feel I'm not being looked after at all. I have rang daily to atleast speak with a doctor to be told no. Or go hospital. I need to see a doctor and be with a surgery that understands my immune system is now very weak.

  2. Review titled Awful

Can never get to see a doctor. Receptionist rude and unprofessional. Had to use 111 and A&E services the last few months. The online forms tell you to see a pharmacy. As a person in remission from cancer, that was very ill the last few months, the care from the surgery is awful.

  3. Review titled Fantastic Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Having recently joined with this practice, I have to say the team here have made me feel extremely welcome; I have received invitations for reviews, vaccinations and have had to receive care on a health issue, which was dealt with quickly and in a sympathetic fashion. I am very pleased to have chosen such an efficient and friendly surgery. The use of Ask My GP makes the whole appointment process simple and efficient - thank you for your dedication to everyone who works at the practice!

My husband had been ill for over a week with no sign of getting better. I contacted their askmygp service at 7am. We had a phone call from our GP at 7.40 am. Discussed symptoms etc. Dr made an appointment for 8.40 am to see him. Check up and tests done. Advice given and now we are waiting for the results. Very impressed with the speed of the service.
