Had a ECG for a ongoing and concerning problem, results were concerning. However I was sent home with no information or what will happen next

Outstanding review for the receptionist I spoke to this morning concerning my mother. Polite, professional, caring and went out of her way to try to resolve an issue. Restored my faith in phoning the surgery, previously had a receptionist who continually called me lovey, and everytime I spoke her answer was "yeah" "Yeah" and was so rude and unhelpful. 100% pleased this morning with the lady I spoke to she was outstanding.
