Fast appointment time not waiting around had 1 appointments one after the other doctor was very friendly and helpful as was the nurse phone line on Google not working had to go in to practice to book

I had to wait 2 weeks, and was late going in to my appointment, but the staff are lovely and it wasn't too bad.

Doctor very understanding and professional. Took my vitals as a matter of course and listened to my personal issues. Then gave me the steps to be taken forward.

I am always treated with the utmost respect from entering at reception to leaving the surgery. The practice is clean and tidy and all the staff professional and considerate. The nurse I saw was very professional and actually listened to me. she had my details on screen and she referred to them too. I have absolute confidence in my GPs and feel safe and l am very lucky to be with this practice thank you

Woodland Drive Medical Centre is the best medical practice I've ever used. They answer the phones reasonably quickly. They are always able to help and point me in the right direction. The staff are kind, compassionate and make me feel listened to. When I recently went to an appointment, I didn't have to wait at all. My practitioner listened to my issues and then ran through all my options. In particular, they praised me for the steps I'd already taken which was a big reassurance that I was doing the right thing for myself.

Prompt response to appt request. GP friendly polite and thorough . Dealt with issues in a sensitive manner and clearly explained the actions he was tsking
