I found my latest experience to be that of a well managed practice. The doctor explained everything to me about my condition in terms that I could understand and put me at ease. He requested that i carry out a few blood pressure checks at home which I did and got back to me immediately after me sending these results to let me know they were within the normal parameters and to carry on as normal.

Doctor very caring listens explains everything and tells you step by step what it means and what he is doing to help your illness an any further treatment necessary.

I had an appointment regarding my mental health. I felt really listened to and that the appointment was very proactive and helpful. The doctor was wonderfully kind and really supported me when I needed it. I really appreciate being treated with such care and compassion.

It wasy first time visiting after moving to the area and my experience was nothing but perfect got an appointment in 7 days and seen on the given appointment time while all the staff was so friendly what more can I ask for.

I had a small issue of a 25 minute wait for my appointment. I would have appreciated the reception staff giving me a head up about this.

Very happy experience as usual, and I’ve very little to complain about during my time as a patient at woodland drive surgery, and long May it continue.

As above the most impressive part was that I didn't have to wait any time at all before my name came up to go to the relevant room. GP was attentive and efficient.
