My son is 7 month old and I have been taking him to the gp from when he was 2 weeks old. Today I went to the gp because he has an infection that is coming back and each time we just get antibiotics. I asked the doctor what's causing the infection and he told me " how would i know that". This doctor doesn't know what he is doing he can only guess so I highly recommend looking for another gp.

Struggling with mental health and have to wait 4 days to see a doctor and a month to see a mental health practitioner. The doctors themself are good, but the mental health side is failing. But I guess that’s everywhere

I have been with the surgery for nearly 15 years and I all have witnessed is that they always try to improve on their standards. Their receptionist staff is exemplary! The lady in hijaab is so caring. Luckily she has dealt with my queries few times and always did her best to guide and help me with the issues. A great shout to the receptionist staff at the Woodhouse Hill surgery. Many thanks - Aman

I've had nothing short of a fantastic experience with all of the staff at Woodhouse Hill Surgery, within weeks of being seen I was already being seen by a specialist and it took no time at all to move through the system which meant I could continue with day to day a lot sooner.

The service was very helpful and gave out a lot of useful information, and made my concerns feel heard. They have offered many different options as to where to further find support as well as offering to see them again if my problems are persistent and I feel need to speak to them again which was very kind.
