I would highly recommend this doctors surgery. It has been my surgery since I moved to Woodhall Farm. The entire team are brilliant from the doctors, nurses, midwives and the reception team. They always act on a professional manner. The Doctors takes time to speak to the patient in a simple language for us to understand. repeat prescriptions are completed on a timely manner. I wouldn't fault this surgery.

I would highly recommend this doctors surgery. They have been my family doctor for over 20 years. The receptionists are amazing, kind, supportive and so helpful. I wouldn’t change surgery ever.

I urge some formal action to be taken against this practice, absolutely shocking support and empathy. my wife who is 8 weeks pregnant recently was told by her midwife on Saturday 10th Sept that her blood results found she had really low iron and an infection and that she has posted results on ice to our local gp for her to get the prescription she requires. it has been 3 days and we are still waiting on our gp to provide prescription. we first were told by the gp that they haven't reserved any information (email) from the hospital about this. we then were told to go back to the midwife and ask them to resend results back to the gp. It took 2 days foe the gp to realise that they need to access ice, which midwife mentioned that all GP's know that they should going via ice to see results and then to provide the medicine accordingly. yet, gp still required an email to be sent. its now day 3, and the gp recieved the email at lunch and it's 5 hours on and still the gp hasn't actioned and sent prescriptions to our local pharmacy. I cannot stress enough to them how much in pain my 9 week pregnant wife is. I have phoned them at least 10 times today and only response I get is they are busy. This is a simple click of an action that the gp needs to do but they chose to be short with me and u helpful. This is now likely going to go into 4 days and it's just not acceptable as its causing so much pain and distress to my wife.

Excellent, friendly, warm and patient staff. very prompt responses from staff and doctor. The practise has been brilliant with my children's medical care over the past 7 years, appointment and prescription response time is amazing. From the receptionists to the clinicians, Everyone is so understanding and supportive.
