I'm so grateful for your responsiveness to me, I have never had to use the services as much as I have this year. Everyone from the Reception team right through to the GPs has been efficient, thorough and kind. Thank you all!

I think this Gp is the best in East London for their help and kindness. Doctors are great they always care about the patient not only telephone consultation doctors like to see their patients face to face most of the time .I am thankful to all doctors / team who are providing their great service here .

I had a great experience at Woodgrange Medical Practice for my Covid booster jab. There was a sign for Covid jab patients saying where to sit and wait, so I didn’t need to speak to Reception staff. I was in the waiting area for only a minute when I was called. One member of staff registered me on the system and one gave me the jab — which I literally didn’t feel. I was in and out in no time. What’s more, the staff were absolutely lovely.

Went in for blood test today 16/8/2023 Quick service, no waiting around as I had a booked appointment. Saved me a lot of time, as I do work . Easy access as I live with in walking distance to the surgery.

Anytime when I call , there is always someone to assist. And I always am happy and Satisfied. Last time when I called to see a doctor, I have my appointment immediately and the doctor showed that She do care about me (the patient)

I'm hugely grateful for the attention, advice and treatment I've received from 2 of your GPs following a bout of COVID and a nasty sinus infection. Whenever I need it, this practice gives me support and advice, the GPs never hurry and always take the time to explain issues thoroughly. The team at the front desk are calm, patient and efficient, and really do help to solve things. There's also a team of great nurses who give support when needed. I have a nurse to thank who, when syringing my ear, noticed that my eye was very red and sent me to have an appointment with the Doctor and to get some drops to soothe it in the meantime. Nothing is too much trouble, it's a great centre of medical support and advice to have nearby. Thank you !!

I used to get messages asking me to go online to set up an appointment for HCA. Now, I'm told I have to call. Great, except there's no answer.

My blood pressure had been really high and I had been feeling dizzy, I used to go to physiotherapy where it was picked up that my blood pressure was abnormally high. They then stopped my physiotherapy and started monitoring my blood pressure at home. This was done via a daily phone call - this I would receive daily as they monitored it to keep an eye on my health and blood pressure. My blood pressure has now started to fluctuate, having more good and normal days but with the odd abnormally high days. My daily calls have now reduced to 2 time a week to monitor my blood pressure. They do a great job and the calls are very useful.

I have so many health problems from last couple of years like shoulder operation and recently last year I was diagnosed bladder cancer they've helped me to get my operation as soon as possible and I'm now getting treatment of cancer also every time when I had any another medical problem I get it on time I'm really very grateful to all members of practice and Salute them for all the help Thanks

I have regular appointments at the surgery and I can say that everyone is brilliant. I had an appointment yesterday with a nurse and she was brilliant. From receptionist, nurses and doctors, they all do a great job. I would recommend this surgery to anyone.
