have had to book multiple appointments about the same issue i’ve been experiencing for them to listen to me. refusing to do tests and blaming my symptoms on anxiety despite me not currently having any anxiety issues and the symptoms being completely different to those i used to have when anxious. tried seeing multiple doctors at the surgery and having the same issue.

I went in because I was having a burning sensation on my arms that wouldn't settle I saw the doctor he didn't know what to say I told him about others with the same problem I'm having he just kept saying it's uncommon and he didn't know he then just said he'll book me a blood test that was it I'm still in pain with it

I recieved a call back and the Dr wouldn't let me explain my problem just started shouting at me about appointments

I went to see a Gp to day he listened to me and made me feel like a person not a number he was very thorough in his observations and made me feel that it was a problem that needed solving

I have been a patient here for many years. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone concerned. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to speak to someone. I have had lots of issues with skin injuries and I am always dealt with promptly and sympathetically
