Review titled Amazing practice just one horrible receptionist

I’ve been coming to this GP practice for 2 years and always had a lovely experience. Normally the two receptionist are amazing and helpful. But I have came today and there is a new receptionist i haven’t seen before and I find her extremely rude to patients and her colleagues. I don’t think she has a friendly attitude and does not give a warm welcome feeling.

October 2022, and I have 2 family members diagnosed with prostate cancer. I get blood tests revealing I have a high PSA. The doctor for this practice was incredibly quick at seeing me for initial checks, and getting the right consultation and treatment. As it happened, the cancer was caught in good time. I have since had surgery and now have a good chance of survival. None of this would have happened if it were not for the prompt attention of the doctor from this practice. I am so grateful. Thank you
