All staff from receptionist to GP are kind helpful and caring. Nothing is to much trouble. My GP is always supportive and if I see another GP they are also very helpful and caring When I had a fall in December 2023 was immediately checked over and supported until I returned from sick in Feb 2024

They have no great understanding of people suffering from mental health issues; made me run around for anxiety medication, kept insisting I make an appointment when I kept telling them that isn't possible at the moment because of my mental health; impossible to communicate if you do not use phones

Appointments are difficult to get the phone at 8.30 is rediculous especially for single parents juggling children aswell . E consult had the dr tell me to ring in the morning to get appointment but was unable to after being on hold for 20 minutes . This will Proberly happen again tomorrow not helpful for people who suffer anixety and it takes a lot just to call let alone to be told no appointments very unfair system
