    Spoke to a rude man today 23/09/2022 around/between 14:00-14:13. The man’s behaviour was disgraceful. The way he spoke to me was unacceptable and I was speaking he put the phone down this is not the first time he has done this he should speak calmly not shout and should listen to the patient. Very disappointed.

    Keep chasing my prescription, on going 2yrs+ no one seems bothered that you've ran out of medication when a Dr as prescribed it! It takes about 2 weeks for me to get what i need and that's only because I'm chasing my meds! When you're prescribed a medication no one sees how you're doing on it but are quick to take you off meds you've been on for yrs! The results are not good! I'm going backwards!??

    I called the practice to book an appointment on the morning of 24 June. I was 14th in the queue. The call was answered after 59 minutes, and I was told there were no appointments left. This is an unacceptable wait time. I was told that I could have booked an appointment online, but the practice website clearly states that 'online appointments are disabled at this time due to covid.' The same message appeared when I logged into the Systmonline booking system. I was told the website was out of date. I looked on the practice website for an option to comment directly to the practice. The only option was to telephone (59 minute wait) or to print a leaflet form, fill in and post to the surgery. I found numerous broken links on the website. I know there has been a pandemic, but none of this is acceptable in 2022.
