I always leave the practice feeling so unbelievably grateful to have such a incredible team of nurses behind me. We have such a fantastic relationship. They're all respectful, considerate, nothing is ever too much trouble! They really go above and beyond! Thank you!

Is it possible to make talking with a receptionist a little more private? Talking about sensitive issues through a perspex screen with a queue of customers behind you, leaves little room for privacy on the most delicate issues, with only one receptionist on duty. Perhaps removing the screens might be a start as I'm guessing they are a hangover from covid..

I felt that the doctor listened and responded to my symptoms with professional skill, consideration and empathy. He explained what might be going on and arranged for a test to check it out. He said he will get back in touch when the results come back and will then decide on what treatment would be suitable. I don't think I could have had better attention.

The staff at Windrush Medical Practice were very professional, patient and kind. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was given the best treatment for my condition and guide me every step of the way.

Parking for a start is very poor ,the practice is ok when an appointment has been made for you ,but to make an appointment it takes a couple of weeks to get seen .

I rang for an appointment early morning and was given a time by the receptionist for an appointment that same day . My appointment was on time and dealt with extremely well. I was referred for further examination and also got an appointment , made on the day ,for two weeks hence. All extremely efficient.

It was only a blood test but was in early. Still disappointing when trying to get an appointment to see my doctor.
