I just wish I had changed to this GP years ago. My experience today when I went in there to ask for a doctor appointed was fantastic, I normally get told 2 weeks or months to get appointment. Not here, they organised an appointment today and I saw a doctor in half hour...this is beyond belief in my opinion. From discussion with the doctor after she did some checks, I am now following her instructions to help me. They are very professional and this is just brilliant and has made my day....

I had to have a cervical screen test today and I was very nervous. The Nurse was absolutely amazing. She put me at ease, explained everything very clearly, was very kind, gentle, respectful and understanding. Thanks to her it all went very smoothly. I have been traumatised by other health professionals in the past and was terrified of this procedure. We need more Nurses like her. Thank you..🙏🧡

My nurse lynzie was great, made the whole appointment very relaxed and was very friendly. The staff at the front desk were also very fast and efficient

Wow I had an amazing nurse. Such great patient manner: I went for the dreaded smear test but she did it in seconds, she is the best..thanks nurse l. For being so calming.

I filled out a vaccination form for a last-minute holiday which required preventive medication (for malaria). The Nurse (review will not let me specify a name) called me a day or so later, booked me in quickly and made me feel very comfortable discussing my health and potentially sensitive topics. She had a lighthearted mannerism but gave advice directly and clearly, which made the whole experience of going to the surgery much more positive for me.

I have hypertension, and the pharmacists have helped me monitor my BP from home. They are very kind and supportive, and the regular support monitoring and lifestyle advice have helped to reduce my BP over the past few months: a great team and a credit to the practice.
