I attended the surgery for a routine blood test. The nurse couldn’t draw any blood from me and said it was due to me being dehydrated. However, I’ve never had problems like this giving blood at the hospital or at castle gardens surgery, and my fluid intake was no different on all of those occasions.

I was amazed. Went to morning walk in clinic not sure who I needed to see. Had a GP consultation, blood tests and my routine smear test all in well under an hour. Everyone friendly, professional and reassuring. I've been a patient at Wimpole Road since 2003 and they have always been very good but thought this experience was so impressive I needed to share it. Huge thank you to the receptionist, doctor and nurse involved.

The receptionist on the phone has always been helpful and if I have been promised a call back, it has always been done. I have never had to wait very long on the phone and I have had no problem arranging an appointment. I phoned up about covid and Flu vaccine and was given an appointment for 2 weeks time. I am very impressed with the service they provide.

Receptionists extremely helpful and I was seen by a fantastic GP within 15 minutes of walking into surgery without a prior appointment.
