I’ve been a patient for many years, the practice is well run, very clean and all staff are very friendly and polite. The systems the practice used to book appointments or get advice is very convenient, easy to use and self-serve which I find quicker than having to phone up and speak to someone.

I recently changed to this practice and the improvement in dealing with a 91 year old is astonishing. I have received prompt, courteous and dependable treatment with which I am very satisfied.

My wife and I have been members of this practice for over 50 years. Over that time we have used it for minor problems and more recently, each of us, for major problems. All of the staff and support staff have given us exceptional service and that includes the period of the Pandemic. We cannot thank these people enough for the service they have given us.

Friendly and efficient. On arrival I had forgotten my mask but one free one was on the window sill awaiting me. I filled in the arrival screen which was straight forward. The receptionist was helpful and courteous. The nurse was friendly and professional. I was out quickly and happily on my way home.

On several occasions I have used the online consultation service recently. I have never had to wait more than a couple of days and sometimes have had face to face appointments the same day. Great service.

I had my flu jab at the practice last Saturday. Very well organised and was in and out in only a couple of minutes with no waiting at all.

When you get to see a doctor or a nurse the practice is very good but getting to see them is very difficult and should not take as long as it does . It took 15 minutes at my last try to speak to someone before I actually was answered on the phone . that is not good enough .

Attended the medical centre on Saturday morning for a scheduled flu jab. Found that Covid booster was also available and was invited to have that also if I wished. Vaccine became available at short notice so all of the doctors decided to come in to help administer the Covid jabs. Very efficient use of everyone’s time whilst patients already on the premises and do not have to be contacted and brought back at a future date. Very grateful to have both jabs together. Many thanks.
