    After waiting to see a cardiologist for 11weeks thinking I might have a problem with a heart valve after being told by my Doctors. Then being told the the cardiologist did not want see me was a bit of a worrying time .making another appointment with the doctor was seen by a very nice trainee nurse and had time to ask all the right guestions then brought in a doctor who reassured me of no valve issue and put my mind to rest . Explaining very clearly the way forward .it would be nice to see the same doctor each time but I now that might be difficult.

    A Doctor from the Practice rang me Friday afternoon to tell me that I had a urine infection and that they had sent a Prescription through to my pharmacy. They then went on to discuss future treatment with me. Felt that they were really interested in helping me.

    Getting an appointment was much easier than last time I used the service - only 10min wait on the phone (used to be about 45min). GP seen same day and was welcoming & talked me through everything. Referral to specialist received same day via text.

    Absolutely brilliant g.p saw my daughter, diagnosed quickly with a treatment plan in place and steps on which foods to avoid in future to reduce the chances of another flare up. Thank you so much. Very polite and knew how to speak to my 2 year old in a manner that she could understand and comment on. 100% reccomend.

    Dr contacted us for a review .was sympethetic and didnt seem rushed. Asked a lot of questions and had all historical records to review.. I did request a change of physician for personal readons and they were happy to accomadate amd invited me for a face to face review as well

    Having tried for three mornings to get an appointment ( on phone from 8am) an appointment was found for me. Not at my surgery but one I could get to with help. The staff there were polite and helpful and I saw the doctor only a few minutes later than booked. The problem came the next day when collecting my prescription as one item wasn’t included. I had to return to the surgery where I had been seen. Once again the staff were very helpful and later the missing item was prescribed. Unfortunately that item is no longer available so am now waiting for a new prescription which I hope I can get.
