My husband passed away suddenly and unexpectedly 3 months ago. The care and support I have received from my GP has been exceptional. He has contacted me every 2/3 weeks to check how I am coping, listened and offered coping strategies. It is so reassuring to know he is there should I need further support. I have been a patient at Willow Green for 11 years and the care given to patients is outstanding. Thank you

Dr's and team here are excellent..... once you get an appointment! On line access for gp advice extremely difficult to access. Don't bother trying after 8.30 as all slots are used by then! Makes it tricky to use for working people who are often travelling to work at the only time you can actually get an appointment!

Tried to register at surgery. Told to do it online. Found website confusing. But it said I could collect form and do it at surgery! Phoned surgery, told again I had to do it online, when I pointed out what their website said. I was told they had probably run out of forms. Refused to help me further

So impressed with the care and attention to patient’s needs in this GP service. I’ve had several episodes recently which were all handled brilliantly. Very helpful reception team, nurses, paramedics and GPs. Keep up the the amazing work!

Used e-consult for the first time.A GP phoned me an hour later.I was given an appointment that morning.What a brilliant service.I have had to use the surgery a number of times this year.I cannot thank everyone enough.
