Didn’t come across very friendly to my child, rarely looked in the same direction. I understand that sometimes it difficult to seem interested when a child seems upset however please come across semi interested

The nurse who i saw during my appointment was very nice and friendly and i have no complaints about her but i had to wait an extra 30-40 minutes for another nurse to arrive and approve my treatment however she never arrived so i had to reschedule my appointment after waiting 40 minutes, the next available appointment was over 2 weeks away and i then receive a text saying my appointment has been cancelled the day before. A month later i have still not been seen nor have an appointment

Over the last few time I have been the doctors I have had to wait over 30mins to see someone. On the 1st April I waited over 45 mins to see someone... i was with the nurse for 2 minutes. I was not happy as I was late to pick up my children from school. I would not recommend the Practise.

I recently visited this practice for my smear test and was put at ease by a fantastic nurse. She spoke through the process with me, answered any questions I had and made sure that I was okay through every step.

First waited 55 minutes with a poorly 2 year old. Then a couple had missed there appointment by 30 minutes 😡and still got seen before us. After seeing the doctor 🙄 I went to get the prescription from the chemist only to have a someone else prescription. This is disgusting. 🤬
