Had to visit due to a an ongoing health issue , the appointment went well, I wasn't rushed, I felt listened to and further action to be taken . A great improvement at the surgery compared to last year

Had to visit the nurse, from checking in and updating personal details to seeing the nurse I found that all staff I had interaction with very polite and friendly. Appointment was on time with no delay. Thank you.

The doctors were thorough in explaining my condition and treatment options, ensuring I felt informed and confident about my care plan. The facilities were clean and well-organized, and the medical team was always professional and friendly. Went to see my doctor as iv got bad anxiety that has got much worse. Palmed off to cahms yet again . And they don’t help

Reception were brilliant. Very friendly and gave me an appointment really quickly and a good time I couldn’t fault this. The female Doctor was very good and I was seen very quickly. The Doctor was very helpful really pleased. Thank you 😊
