Review titled Great GP
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 20 November 2024
I want to sincerely thank my Doctor for his exceptional care and expertise. After being diagnosed with a prolactinoma, he conducted all the necessary blood tests, referred me for an MRI, and prescribed the correct medication and dosage. What truly impressed me was that when I visited a specialist, a highly qualified Consultant in Endocrine Disorders she was amazed at the thoroughness of my Doctor’s work. She mentioned that the blood tests and the medication prescribed by My GP were exactly what she would have done. In her words, it is rare to find a GP who is so meticulous and knowledgeable in this field. My Doctor’s proactive care has made a significant difference in my treatment journey, and I’m incredibly grateful to have such a trusted GP. I have been attending Willesden Green Surgery for over 20 years, I want to thank him very much he is an expert and we are all lucky to have such a knowledgeable doctor with attention to detail like you. I highly recommend him.

An outstanding practice, that provides a professional, kind and caring service. All my medical needs were met at my appointment and everything was explained to me. Most importantly I have complete trust that I was well cared for.

Review titled Very poor service
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Daniel - Posted on 16 July 2024
I have been a patient at Willesden Green Surgery for less than a year and have had several concerning experiences. During a recent consultation, I was informed by my GP that my health was satisfactory. However, upon reviewing my test results myself, I noticed that my B12 levels were at the lower end of the range and my folate levels were practically deficient. Despite my ongoing health issues, including thyroid problems and colon inflammation, these deficiencies were not proactively addressed by the practice. I had to repeatedly push for additional tests and supplementation, which were often denied, significantly impacting my health and quality of life. I am sharing this specific experience to raise awareness about the challenges I’ve faced in receiving adequate care at Willesden Green Surgery. Patients deserve to be informed and treated with respect, and unfortunately, this has not been my experience at this practice.

I cant praise the team enough, I have always felt that everyone is helpful. Everytime I contact the reception team they go above and beyond to help with my matter, and every time I submit an econsult for my family i get contacted asap next day. When we are seen F2F by doctor we feel the doctor really cares. so impressed with doctors knowledge , help and support.

Review titled A joke really. I would avoid them ten times over.

An absolute joke. The administrative staff are clueless and rude. Every day visiting the surgery is a nightmare. Nothing is done about my wife's and son's conditions.
