they have always been brilliant in all the care I have had. No complaints at all in the whole 18 years I have been here and I have had a lot of health issues. Nothing is too much trouble and I've never had to wait long for an emergency appointment. Caring staff, kind receptionists, excellent nurses

Takes weeks just to get a telephone consultation. Told they can’t spend much time with patients after five minutes. No follow up from lab report. Still struggling to get an appointment after seven weeks

Today I visited Wickhambrook surgery for cervical screening. The staff are always so friendly, caring and welcoming. An extra thank you to the nurse that I saw today, she is always so happy and kind and makes you feel completely at ease.

Phone call appointment an hour late. Doctor said he didn't know what to do and just referred me to hospital. Made to feel embarrassed about why I called by the receptionist as well. Would not recommend
