    Did not help with my medical issues at all. Just said all my physical issues are down to depression and to take some antidepressants, which I have said many times I didn’t want to take anymore as I have already taken the same ones before and they actually made everything several times worse even after being on them for more than 6 months. Had concerns of it being a physical issue but that was dismissed and never looked into and they never gave any explanation as to why. Didn’t listen, was aggressive and didn’t help. Overall very unempathetic and unprofessional.

    I would like to thank everyone at the surgery for their professional and warm friendly attitude in respect of every time I have visited. Follow up phone calls following results are very good. Getting an appointment over the phone or face to face are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Wishing you all a Happy Christmas.

    Awaiting 25 mins to see doctor. No information provided of delays. Also asked to book appointment to extend perscription. Receptionist was unable to help maybe lack of knowledge

    (please ignore the date it wouldn't let me leave a review without a date) I feel I have to leave a positive review due to all the negativity surrounding GP practices lately. I feel the online triage system you have is really good and saves me having to queue on the phone. I have used this form a few times and have always had a call back or an appointment given if required. I feel the system works extremely well and is a great addition to the phone lines. I would just like to say thank you to everyone from the reception/admin team doctors and nurses who are alway so kind and helpful that I feel I have to say thank you for all you do. I would recommend the practice (and do) frequently as I believe it really is a good surgery. I have worked in GP practice myself for over 15 years and know how dammed hard it is for all involved and I know everything you seem to hear lately is negative so I just wanted to say thank you you are doing a great job.

    Does the reception care at all? I reported a medical issue and all I wanted was a prescription - I have an exemption certificate and money is difficult - they told me to go to chemist - All they had to do was give me a presciption for the issue - the receptionist didnt care at all - terreible care of patients !!

    My usual GP has gone above and beyond to look after me, and really the whole team has, the online consultation system worked really well for me, and I cant fault anything with the service. These are difficult trying times for the NHS but I don't get that impression from anyone I've dealt with either on the phone or in person from this surgery. Keep up the hard work.

    Doctor took their time reviewing symptoms, was very understanding and compassionate. Followed up with a phone call the next day unprompted to enquire about my wellbeing and did go again after test results were obtained. Can't give the practice enough praise.

    My mum and I have been in contact with the surgery so many times recently and each time they have been amazing. It's not been easy trying to help mum with a condition but they have never failed to keep trying different meds and give advice. The receptionist has listened and been supportive as have the wonderful doctors, we send you all a big thank you from the bottom of our hearts. They were the same with my dad too. We feel lucky to have Whittington Moor surgery as our practice.
