I missed appointment while I am inside the GP surgery because I didn’t inform at the reception that I am there. I asked to reschedule but the receptionist refused while I am not feeling ok

I ordered my repeat prescription 2 week ago and it was rejected, then I had phone call from surgery telling me it was too early. I explained they don't send me enough for 2 months. I have no metaformin left she said she will order with urgent request. After 3 day I went to surgery and found my perception still not signed by doctor. I was told that doctor is running surgery can not sign my perception. because doctor is not capable of doing to things at one time. 2 week's pasted I still have no medicine. Is it great surgery would say. Eventually I decided to move surgery to where doctor are Capable of doing 2 things at time . Receptionist are not up to the job.

Review titled Worst Practice

Following is a synopsis of multiple experiences: The phone lines do not work. Have to go to the surgery to book an appointment only to find out there are no more appointments and you should try again the next day only to be told the same thing again. The receptionist audaciously telling you to either wait and let your child suffer very high fever for another day (after 4 days of very high fever) or take her to Walk-in-service because we are here only to make money. Providing the service is someone else's job. On other occasion, in the odd chance you do get an appointment you will be seen by a nurse, who will keep going out to consult a doctor and coming back and then going out again to consult some more, to finally tell you to just rest and it will go away. After all you have already suffered for two weeks so another week or two won't kill you. There is no need for any medicine or any further investigation. In short, you are on your own with this surgery. Being with them or not being with any one is the same. In the end you will need to go to Walk-in Centre or AnE.

Review titled Terribly rude staff member
Rated 1 star out of 5

after waiting whole morning for a phone call from this clinic, the call did not connect when I answered due to Network issues... called back immediately to speak to the doctor, the staff member had a go at me assuming that I missed the call. I almost begged her to let me speak to a doctor, she just coldly refused and said "call back on Tuesday" and today is Thursday. utterly unacceptable service, I cannot believe this is allowed to go ahead.
