Hello, They only do same day appointments and you have to call them 8:30 every morning to try. This is day 5 for me and still can't get through. Today I was no 10 in the queue and it took 12 mins to reach from 10 to 4 and then I wasn't told my position anymore and I'm here for 36 mins now and no luck. And this happened on 4 more days so far. Definitely disappointed and won't be recommending. Also I don't think they make more than 8-9 appointments a day.

Phoned at 8.30 Wed am (when they open) and was immediately told by automated system I was 16 in the queue. Telephone queuing system appears to give false impression of actual position in queue. For example took 25 minutes to get from no 16 to no 4 and then system didn't provide any further update. Took further 25 mins to be answered only to be told to call back on Friday and try again as no more appointments left for the day. Apparently nothing at all on Thursday? Reception staff were not helpful and really gave the impression they weren't in the slightly bit interested. I can understand they are busy and possibly stressed but aren't we all? Some if us also have medical problems we would like sorted out.
