Tried to get an appointment with either GP or Advanced Nurse Practitioner - I would have accepted a telephone appointment but first available was in five weeks. I’ve been with this practice approx 15 years and the service has become appalling. They closed the surgeries near to where I live so now have either to drive or catch a bus there. Not a patient centred practice. Will be changing GP asap

The staff are all so polite and it’s so well organised. I have just registered which was a straight forward process and took about a week and had an appointment within a week. I am super impressed. The doctor who did my treatment was super friendly and made me feel at ease.
