I don’t visit the doctors much at all. I went today to get my flu and COVID jabs. I could not have been a more welcoming and efficient service. Lovely people who made a chore an enjoyable experience. Thanks

On my recent visit to the surgery I was seen at the agreed time and the small procedure needed was completed correctly and without any delay. This was further confirmed when I came a few days later for the latest covid and flu jabs. The booking system works well.

I’m a fairly new patient at this practice having moved from a smaller, one GP practice. I’m really appreciative of the high level of professionalism from everyone I’ve met ranging from reception staff, practice manager, nurses and doctors. Everyone has made me feel welcome and well supported. I also like the online systems which so far have worked very well. Keep up the good work!

From start to finish the service I received was first class and the Doctor was very thorough and gave a very good analysis of my options and advice, great team and practice

The event was extremely well organised and efficient. Messages offering appointments were clear and links easy to use. Registration was confirmed quickly and reminders were sent. On the day there was a friendly welcome and a very short wait to be seen. I was welcomed by the doctor who introduced herself, took my name and time, proceeded with the injection and I was on my way home within minutes. I have nothing but praise for the treatment I received.

My husband and I joined your practice a few years ago having had terrible experiences with our previous practice. We can't praise you enough for the excellent we service. The new appointment system works really well and follow ups are very quick. We feel really reassured having your practice look after us and we have found it very efficient and the staff have always been pleasant. Thank you.

On going for a medical checkup I found the online booking service, confirmation by sms and digital checkin service at reception all wotked perfectly. The receptionist was also excellent and all the Medical staff at the checkup weee very professional, efficient and more importanly caring and approachable. Very good experience all round.

Having recently moved to Malvern I found the experience of registering with Whiteacres efficient and personable. From the receptionist to the Nurse Practitioner I saw for my initial consultation..the staff were helpful and welcoming. A problem I encountered with my repeat prescription was resolved instantly. Most impressive

Day one of new booking system and it appears to work very well. Working in technology for a local Nhs Trust, I am very aware of the pressure and risks a new system can bring.. system was easy to use, and a quick call back from practice.
