My GP is outstanding and her interpersonal skills and ability to relate to the patient is exemplary. The online triage system works well and GP and other members’ of staff followed up on my recent requirements. I have been very impressed when I requested my test results, referral letters etc and staff telephoning to explain when they would be available. The face-to-face appointment was timely

One morning, at about 08.30, I submitted an online form concerning a health problem. Within three minutes, I received a text offering me a face to face appointment that afternoon and I selected from the doctors available ( there were several) the doctor I knew best. I attended, was seen, diagnosed and treated, all with great charm, courtesy and good humour. The Practice has devised a system which works and deserves to be highly commended as do the professionals who work there. It is heartening to feel that one’s is in safe and caring hands.

My first visit to Whiteacres surgery and I was very impressed. Really well organised and the receptionist through to the doctors and nurses couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. It really felt like people care about you there!!

From an anaemic blood test to fast track check for gastro/bowel cancer, this was the most amazing and efficient treatment that I have ever known. Thank you so much Whitegate Medical Centre. Deep gratitude.

After moving to Malvern this year I registered with the WhiteAcres Medical Centre and have nothing put praise for the efficient, considerate, polite and kind way I have been recieved in recent visits by all the staff I have come into contact with.

Called for an urgent appointment due to breathing issues, chest infection and asthma due to flu. Apparently is not urgent, but fill out a non urgent triage form to be reviewed next working day. I understand why the triage system but why the receptionist doesn't see severe breathing difficulties with someone with a history of respiratory issues as urgent? Will have to see a&e for antibiotics which is a terrible waste of their time

My husband and I find the service provided at Whiteacres Medical Centre excellent from receptionists to nurses to Gp’s. We feel very reassured and safe to be in their hands. Thank you

After a terrible experience from my old surgery - told to go private after not even examining the problem- this was place is an absolute breath of fresh air. I didn’t feel as though I was an annoyance to the surgery. The receptionists were pleasant and didn’t try and diagnose me themselves with an unwelcoming scowl. The appointment booking is fantastic and quick and the Dr I saw made me feel listened to. I came out, feeling that for the first time since I moved to Malvern, that I was actually taken seriously and that I was worth the time. I feel that now I can book and appointment when I start to show symptoms of something, rather than waiting until it has gotten so bad that it affects my day to day in fear that I would be an annoyance to the surgery like I was made to feel previously. If you are looking for a surgery in Malvern I highly recommend this one.

Having just moved to the area, I registered with this Medical Practice. I am so pleased that I did & they accepted me as a patient. The whole team are wonderful from start to finish. The reception staff were extremely good & went above and beyond to assist me with my medical appointments. They gave me time to explain myself & did not interrupt or get annoyed with me, (this is something that was a regular event at my last practice). The medical team I saw where thorough & again listened to all I had to say. Any points they were unsure of, then they got advise there & then. No waiting around. After my appointment I had to make a further appointment for a routine injection, at which the receptionist said, "We can do 2:40pm today" bearing in mind that the time was already 2:25pm. I just jumped at the chance. The team are a credit to the Worcestershire NHS Trust. It's a breath of fresh air compared to my previous surgeries. A big Thank You to all the team at Whiteacers Medical Center.
