I sent an email with a photo of a skin complaint I have. I found out on a NHS Web site that it could be Seborrheic Keratoses and asked should I book an appointment (I wouldn't want to waist any Doctors time). I haven't had no reply whatsoever. I sent the email on the 8th Aug 23

I would just like to say as a patient of White Rose Surgery how impressed I am by the way this surgery has performed post COVID. Whilst I see many posts on social media from all over the country from people who can’t get an appointment to even speak to a doctor for sometimes weeks, this has never been a problem with White Rose. You can get a same day face to face appointment to see a doctor or practice nurse with no rigmarole to go through first and if you want to see a specific doctor you can pre book one. All the staff and doctors I have come across are pleasant, polite and helpful at all times.
