After being left with no confidence in a member of staff, today was totally opposite. Saw a lovely nurse who carried out tests that should have been done months ago. She was concerned enough to get one of the doctors involved. Now I have the referral I should of had weeks ago. I can not thank them enough.

I have a complex medical history, with a wide range of ever-growing problems and symptoms. My GP manages these with a quiet, caring efficiency and I consider myself fortunate to have her as my doctor.

The doctor a daw was personable and thorough. I came away feeling as though she had listened to me and carried on thinking about my case after I had left, as she contacted me later that day with further information.

got appointment on same day that I phoned, very rare. Met one of the be GPs for first time, really nice makes you feel at ease, listens to reason for visiting GP surgery ( which I thought was just a minor thing). Blood tests ordered & to come back to see him after results to discuss action. Always feel I shouldn’t bother GP, especially with all the adverts to speak to pharmacist instead help. So glad I finally phoned & thank you to the receptionist who gave me the afternoon slot today.

The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful when I booked my appointment. The GP was caring and thorough, and the assistance at the pharmacy was prompt and friendly. A fantastic surgery.

A great experience in every respect. The telephone calls with the reception staff were excellent, they were both very friendly and helpful. A detailed and reassuring consultation with a great GP who listened carefully and gave good solid advice.

I have received excellent treatment from one of the practice GPs who took the time to explain fully the treatment and rationale enabling me to make a fully informed decision.

I had a superb experience today. The GP had reviewed my notes and had looked at my test results before I attended and was therefore completely prepared and amazingly helpful and informative. Sadly This GP is leaving the surgery and will be a huge loss….

Thus experience was a short wait , but while waiting the reception is bright , clean and tidy . Staff are always nice and friendly . See different doctor every time I go but that can be a plus as it’s like getting a second opinion
