    I used to be able to order my repeat prescription easily on line now a new system is in place it’s asking for a password which I don’t have , and now I’ll have another user name and password to remember I’m not 22 and don’t have my phone attached to my ear all day . These ideas should consider older patients so now I’m waiting for the practice to return my request for a password before I can order my repeat prescription progression I think the tail as wagging the dog

    Excellent staff especially front of house staff.The usual receiptionist goes over and above to help and their team leader has the same qualities.Would have to go a long way to bet this practice having been with them 55years.

    Your regular receptionist (on the front desk most days) is brilliant. She is cheerful, competent and efficient and always goes the extra mile if she possibly can. She is even learning some sign language to better communicate with people with a hearing impairment including my deaf son. Thank you and well done!

    Hello, I just wanted to drop a line to say what wonderful care I’ve received from the Community Heart Failure Specialist Nurse. I’ve a complex heart condition, and I’ve had first class care from the Community Heart Failure Specialist Nurse. They’ve contributed to getting me on the most appropriate medication and given the best care, treatment and advice to manage my condition. They epitomise everything that is wonderful about our NHS, and I just wanted to say a very grateful thank you for the expertise, professionalism and the amazing care given to me.

    Over recent months there has been a noticeable change throughout the medical practice. The awful waiting on the phone to make connection has been dramatically improved and the staff appear happier in their workplace making the patient experience so much better.

    I just wanted to thank the amazing nurse I saw today for my smear test. She was extremely informative, kind and really put me at ease- talking about her cat and generally being lovely. She is an absolute asset to your team. In a time where everyone is complaining about the nhs etc I felt the need to thank you for having such a lovely team member!
