I needed to make an appointment with a doctor who is specialised in my particular medical problem. I rang the surgery on a Friday afternoon and was connected fairly quickly. The receptionist was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful, and gave good advice. I rang as suggested at 8:30 am on the following Monday morning and although originally more than number 30 in the queue I managed to get through within 15 minutes. The receptionist on this occasion was another individual but yet again was friendly, professional and helpful. I was given an appointment that same day and received a text reminding me of this almost before I’d finished my call. The consultation was excellent: thorough, informative, put my mind at rest and let me know what to expect going forwards. I cannot fault the service and wish to stress how pleasant and comforting were my dealings over the phone with the two receptionists.

New patient consult with clinical pharmacist to set up current medications was excellent. 3 months later I had a simple medical issue, left a sample with the reception team who were helpful and knowledgable. Several hours later a text from a GP advising a prescription had been sent to my pharmcay. Excellent service during challenging times. Thank you

I had an appointment with the nurse today for a smear test and the nurse made it quick and comfortable and put me at ease, and was really helpful with putting through a repeat prescription through for me that I needed for my contraceptive pill. The nurse is always friendly and professional and makes the appointment a good experience when the nature of the test can be quite daunting for some.
